I liked being there, everything was lovely.

The room was stylish, had excellant private bathroom. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a TV available where an advantage. It had a peaceful location just off many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, public transportations, and the airport. Besides, the hotel was just a short walk away from Winter Palace of Sports.

Stayed here for 1 night with my pets, had an amazing stay. The staff were amiable and pleasant and the location was quiet near city center.

The balcony with city views was absolutely stunning. It felt like having my own private lookout tower, but with much better amenities than Rapunzel's. The kitchenette was a lifesaver. I felt like a culinary wizard, conjuring up delicious treats from the microwave and fridge. Who needs Hogwarts when you have a kitchenette?. The air conditioning in the unit was a true blessing. It made me feel like I was lounging in a cloud, keeping me cool and cozy throughout my stay. The safety deposit box gave me peace of mind. It's like having a personal bodyguard for my valuables, ensuring they were safe and sound. Having ironing facilities in the room was a godsend. I was able to smooth out the wrinkles in my clothes with ease, transforming from a crumpled mess to a polished traveler.

Unstable WIFI.

Location: the hotel was near restaurant, shops and public transportations as well as Sofia. The room was amazingly comfortable with balcony, bathroom included, kitchenette, just what was needed. The staff was very good and kind, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

the new Avenue Hotel exceeded all expectations. great location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds made for a fantastic stay. perfect for exploring Sofia.

Wifi issues

The hotel was fully equipped and modern and located in a particularly good area. My room included a kitchenette and a mini bar. The breakfast had something for everyone - coffee and bakery. The location was great and unbeatable and I could use free parking on-site. There were a bakery and shops around the venue.

The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. We also appreciated the free parking and easy access to public transportation. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
